젤리랩(이하 "회사")는 PixelDiary(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집하는 항목과 목적

수집하지 않는 것 — 위치정보, 연락처, 통화기록, 결제카드 정보. 회사는 광고 식별자를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다 — 아래 5항을 보십시오.
2. 음성 입력
음성으로 일기를 쓰는 기능은 이용자의 기기 안에서 처리됩니다. 음성 자체는 회사 서버로 전송되지 않으며 저장되지도 않습니다. 받아 적힌 글자만 일기 본문의 일부로 저장됩니다.
기기 제조사가 제공하는 음성 인식 엔진이 사용되며, 해당 엔진의 처리 방식은 기기 제조사의 정책을 따릅니다.
3. 카메라와 사진
카메라는 일기 배경을 촬영할 때만 작동합니다. 촬영된 화면은 기기 안에서 가로 32칸, 14색의 픽셀 이미지로 변환된 뒤 저장됩니다. 원본 해상도의 사진은 만들어지지도, 저장되지도 않습니다.

수탁자에게는 목적 달성에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 제공되며, 회사는 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하는지 감독합니다.
5. 광고
이 앱에는 광고가 한 자리뿐입니다. 지난 날의 일기를 고칠 때, 그 날짜를 30분 동안 열기 위해 이용자가 스스로 선택해서 보는 보상형 영상 광고입니다. 일기를 쓰는 화면이나 목록에는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
광고는 Google AdMob이 게재하며, 광고를 볼 때 Google이 기기의 광고 식별자(iOS의 IDFA, Android의 광고 ID)와 기기·네트워크 정보를 수집합니다. 회사는 이 값을 전달받지도, 저장하지도 않습니다.
맞춤 광고를 사용하지 않습니다. 이 앱은 AdMob에 비맞춤(non-personalized) 광고만 요청합니다. 즉 이용자의 관심사나 앱 사용 이력에 따라 광고가 달라지지 않으며, 그 때문에 iOS의 추적 권한 요청 창도 뜨지 않습니다. 광고 식별자는 광고를 띄우고 같은 광고가 중복되거나 부정 클릭이 일어나는 것을 막는 데만 쓰입니다.
기기에서 광고 식별자를 끄거나 초기화할 수 있습니다 — iOS는 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → Apple 광고, Android는 설정 → Google → 광고. Google의 처리 방침은 policies.google.com/technologies/ads 에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
6. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우에 한해 제공될 수 있습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
- 열람·정정 — 앱 안에서 자신이 쓴 일기를 확인하고 고칠 수 있습니다.
- 삭제 — 앱의 내 정보 → 계정 → 계정과 데이터 삭제를 통해 일기·사진·배경·아이콘과 계정 자체를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 누른 시점부터 3일의 유예가 있으며, 그 사이 다시 로그인하면 되돌릴 수 있습니다. 3일이 지나면 서버에서 삭제되고, 사본을 남기지 않으므로 그 뒤에는 회사도 복구할 수 없습니다.

8. 파기
계정 삭제를 요청하면 3일의 유예 후 서버에 저장된 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 일기·사진·설정의 사본은 보관하지 않습니다. 삭제 사실을 확인해 드리기 위해 요청 시각과 처리 시각만 따로 기록하며, 여기에는 일기 내용이 포함되지 않습니다. 법령에서 별도 보관을 요구하는 정보는 해당 기간 동안만 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
- 서버 접근 규칙에 따라 이용자는 자신의 데이터에만 접근할 수 있으며, 다른 이용자의 데이터에는 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 저장된 데이터에는 Google Cloud의 저장 시 암호화가 적용됩니다.
운영자의 접근에 관하여. 회사의 운영자는 서비스 운영과 장애 대응을 위해 저장된 데이터에 접근할 수 있는 기술적 권한을 가집니다. 회사는 이 권한을 이용자 문의 대응과 장애 처리 목적 외에는 사용하지 않습니다. 이용자의 일기를 읽어 마케팅·광고·모델 학습에 활용하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
10. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만임을 알게 된 경우 해당 계정과 데이터를 삭제합니다.

12. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 최소 7일 전에 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.
젤리랩 ("we") operates PixelDiary (the "app"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we never collect — location, contacts, call logs, payment card details. We do not ourselves collect or store an advertising identifier — see section 5 below.
2. Voice input
Speech-to-text runs on your device. Audio is never sent to our servers and is never stored. Only the transcribed text is saved, as part of your diary entry.
Transcription uses the speech recognition engine provided by your device manufacturer, whose handling is governed by that manufacturer's policy.
3. Camera and photos
The camera runs only while you are shooting a diary background. The frame is converted on your device into a 32-column, 14-colour pixel image before it is stored. A full-resolution photo is never produced or stored.

5. Advertising
There is one ad placement in this app: a rewarded video you choose to watch in order to reopen a past day's page for 30 minutes of editing. No ads appear while you are writing, or anywhere in your diary.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. When you watch one, Google collects your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) along with device and network information. That value is never passed to us and we never store it.
We do not use personalised ads. The app requests non-personalised ads only, so what you see is not based on your interests or your use of the app — and for the same reason iOS never shows you a tracking permission prompt. The advertising identifier is used only to deliver the ad and to prevent duplicate and fraudulent clicks.
You can reset or turn off the advertising identifier on your device — iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads. Google's own handling is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
6. Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where law enforcement makes a lawful request through proper legal process.
7. Your rights
- Access and correction — read and edit your entries inside the app.
- Deletion — Profile → Account → Delete account and data removes your entries, photos, backgrounds, icons and the account itself. There is a three-day grace period; signing back in during that window undoes it. After three days everything is erased from our servers, and because we keep no copy, not even we can restore it.

8. Deletion
When you ask us to delete your account, everything stored on our servers is erased after a three-day grace period. We keep no copy of your entries, photos or settings. So that we can confirm a deletion if you ask, we separately record only the time it was requested and the time it was carried out — no diary content. Where law requires us to retain specific records, those are kept separately for the required period and then destroyed.
9. Security
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Server rules mean you can reach only your own data; no user can read another user's entries.
- Stored data is covered by Google Cloud encryption at rest.
About operator access. Our operator holds the technical ability to access stored data in order to run the service and respond to faults. We use that access only to answer your support requests and to fix failures. We do not read diaries for marketing, advertising or model training, and we do not hand them to third parties.
10. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 14, we delete that account and its data.
