젤리랩(이하 "회사")는 PixelDiary(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집하는 항목과 목적

수집하지 않는 것 — 위치정보, 연락처, 통화기록, 광고 식별자를 포함한 기기 식별자, 결제카드 정보.
2. 음성 입력
음성으로 일기를 쓰는 기능은 이용자의 기기 안에서 처리됩니다. 음성 자체는 회사 서버로 전송되지 않으며 저장되지도 않습니다. 받아 적힌 글자만 일기 본문의 일부로 저장됩니다.
기기 제조사가 제공하는 음성 인식 엔진이 사용되며, 해당 엔진의 처리 방식은 기기 제조사의 정책을 따릅니다.
3. 카메라와 사진
카메라는 일기 배경을 촬영할 때만 작동합니다. 촬영된 화면은 기기 안에서 가로 32칸, 14색의 픽셀 이미지로 변환된 뒤 저장됩니다. 원본 해상도의 사진은 만들어지지도, 저장되지도 않습니다.

수탁자에게는 목적 달성에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 제공되며, 회사는 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하는지 감독합니다.
5. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우에 한해 제공될 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
- 열람·정정 — 앱 안에서 자신이 쓴 일기를 확인하고 고칠 수 있습니다.
- 삭제 — 앱의 내 정보 → 계정 → 계정과 데이터 삭제를 통해 일기·사진·배경·아이콘과 계정 자체를 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제된 데이터는 복구되지 않습니다.

7. 파기
회원 탈퇴 시 서버에 저장된 모든 데이터는 지체 없이 삭제됩니다. 법령에서 별도 보관을 요구하는 정보는 해당 기간 동안만 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
- 서버 접근 규칙에 따라 이용자는 자신의 데이터에만 접근할 수 있으며, 다른 이용자의 데이터에는 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 저장된 데이터에는 Google Cloud의 저장 시 암호화가 적용됩니다.
운영자의 접근에 관하여. 회사의 운영자는 서비스 운영과 장애 대응을 위해 저장된 데이터에 접근할 수 있는 기술적 권한을 가집니다. 회사는 이 권한을 이용자 문의 대응과 장애 처리 목적 외에는 사용하지 않습니다. 이용자의 일기를 읽어 마케팅·광고·모델 학습에 활용하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만임을 알게 된 경우 해당 계정과 데이터를 삭제합니다.

11. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 최소 7일 전에 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.

What we never collect — location, contacts, call logs, device or advertising identifiers, payment card details.
2. Voice input
Speech-to-text runs on your device. Audio is never sent to our servers and is never stored. Only the transcribed text is saved, as part of your diary entry.
Transcription uses the speech recognition engine provided by your device manufacturer, whose handling is governed by that manufacturer's policy.
3. Camera and photos
The camera runs only while you are shooting a diary background. The frame is converted on your device into a 32-column, 14-colour pixel image before it is stored. A full-resolution photo is never produced or stored.

5. Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where law enforcement makes a lawful request through proper legal process.
6. Your rights
- Access and correction — read and edit your entries inside the app.
- Deletion — Profile → Account → Delete account and data removes your entries, photos, backgrounds, icons and the account itself, immediately and permanently.

7. Deletion
When you delete your account, everything stored on our servers is deleted without delay. Where law requires us to retain specific records, those are kept separately for the required period and then destroyed.
8. Security
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Server rules mean you can reach only your own data; no user can read another user's entries.
- Stored data is covered by Google Cloud encryption at rest.
About operator access. Our operator holds the technical ability to access stored data in order to run the service and respond to faults. We use that access only to answer your support requests and to fix failures. We do not read diaries for marketing, advertising or model training, and we do not hand them to third parties.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 14, we delete that account and its data.
